What is the best to fly with a baby?

We are preparing to go to Grand Cayman with the child about our 3 months old. We look for strollers to do because I do not want big Chicco stroller we have. We went to Babies R Us and tested a wide variety of choices and now we are deciding between buying Graco IPO Stroller (link below) in which only 3 months old sit or down in it and a Combi Stoller found on Craigslist. The Combi stroller is made click the baby seat in it or have the baby laying in the stroller. With the Graco IPO (which is a great guy umbrella stroller), which should be in the stroller all the time. The Graco times against a really small combined bending slightly larger (though still sorting folds). What recommended in his experience ... Is there any other, we are missing?
