What is a good car for a bit harsh?

I guess it must be a driving wheel 3. Need for daily use and long walks. Debate between running and light (not managers). Something that is not so great. Our budget is only 120.

I prefer 4 wheels for rough surfaces on 3 wheels ... I heard that can be changed quite easily over rough terrain (And so I imagine) and 4 wheels are better for the parks!
