Weight with a double stroller?

I just got a double stroller Cosco Explorer out of Craigslist. I need to know if it's important that when the seat? My children are 4 (30 lbs) and 18 months (25 lbs). They are almost the same weight, but of course, my son is 3 years older. Does it matter who sits in the back or sitting in the front? Oops, I meant: Of course, my * 4 * years is greater.
