Should I get a pet stroller for my siamese kittens?

I have two very active siamese kittens and I live in a downtown high rise condo. I would like for them to get fresh air but living in a high rise condo makes it difficult to ensure their safety on the balcony. They damage the screen door with their claws ( I don't believe in declawing) and have learned how to open the screen door to the balcony. I prefer not to walk them on a leash because downtown streets are filthy. So now I am thinking about buying a pet stroller so they can get some fresh air via daily strolls. I think it would be strange but I am sure they will enjoy it as they liked the car ride to the vet for their kitten visits. Please let me know your thoughts suggestions. Thanks!

I just got a pet stroller for my mom's cat. He really enjoys going for rides. The one we got for him has part of the area covered so he has an area to hide in. When he first when out in the stroller, he would hide for the first few minutes and then come out when he felt comfortable. Now he loves to go for rides. Here is the picture of the one we have, but I know there are also other good kinds of strollers.
