Feet w / the neck up?

My feet are very small, as if the top of the shoe is to leave open my neck, I can easily fit the dimensions of a 2 or 3. But when I'm looking for shoes in the children's section, which seem to form but when I try to run in them after half an hour walking in them around my neck almost starts to beat the pain. I try to find sneakers in the women's section, but the size 6 shoes Sports are too large. Does anyone know the manufacturer of sneakers, women race in size 5 and if so what would be really useful.

I have the same problem. The best thing to do is well adjusted to a reputable sporting goods store. Is measured and agrees with the running shoe for you, your foot and the type of exercise or sport you do. The worst thing is that it costs so damn much - ever mind - that's the price we pay to be different LOL
