Which "double" stroller do you like and why ? please read:?

I am Grandma, trying to shop for a stroller for my daughter, Her babes are 22 months and 3 months. We are looking for some type of stoller that is a double, even maybe a stand on, I am not up with modern stuff, but we are also not rich, so can't afford the big fancy ones, Any suggestions ? thanks
